CROSS PROMOTION ADVERTISING- we are looking for Sales Reps who want to make over $200,000 a year, selling Cross-Promotion Advertising Products to various vendors who want more targeted advertising with new homeowners, renters, restaurants, ect. This is a great opportunity to sell cross-promotion advertising services with realtors, insurance agents, bankers, lenders, contractors, and restaurants. We have a cross-promotion advertising program that is a win-win situation for advertisers and businesses taking part in the program. PRINTING SERVICES – When it comes to printing services, you will be selling our wholesale printing products from our business store called the 1st Stop Print. We want to be the printing vendor for businesses and organizations, and we need Sales and Marketing Reps to help sell these services. This is the secondary sales position. For every customer that joins our cross-promotion program, we also want to make a print customer and give them wholesale printing prices. We want to make 1st Stop Print their print vendor. Every business you talk to, make them a print customer and you can make extra commission!
What We are Looking for
We have an ongoing need for Sales Reps on in all major markets! We are looking for full-time and part-time Sales and Marketing Reps. This is a job that can be worked remotely. It’s a job where you can work as a full-time job or a part-time gig. If you’re looking for a part-time gig for extra money, this is perfect for you. You can sell some of our services or all of our services to businesses and organizations. If your specialty is in a certain area when it comes to marketing and sales then you can focus on that one area, but sales reps who try and sell all our services will make more money. Our goal is to package all our services together from printing to advertising to general marketing and brand awareness!
Salary
100% Commission to Start and then Base Pay + Commission!
The salary starts at 100% commission. We do not start off sales and marketing reps with a base salary or sales draw until they have proven that they can sell our products. After selling 3 successful Cross-Promotion Advertising Projects then you will be eligible for a monthly Sales Draw that will go against the monthly commission you make. You can be eligible for base pay or a sales draw within 90 days. Our commission percentages range from 10% to 50% commission depending on what you are selling. Each of our products has a different commission percentage, but Advertising has the best commission rates and is where you can make the most money. But like all commission sales, you have the potential to make over $200,000 a year by marketing and selling all our services.
What is Required
- You absolutely must have sales experience where you have gotten your own leads, cold-called customers, and done face-to-face presentations with potential customers.
- You must have a proven track record in sales.
- You are required to follow our daily marketing plan every day or on the days that you work if you are part-time. You must be willing to do everything listed in our daily marketing plan.
- You must have a cell phone and have the ability to use email.
- You are required to follow up with your sales manager every day at least through email or the days that you work if you are part-time, giving them a rundown of what you did that day to get sales. You are not required to work on the weekends!
- You are required to be professional at all times including being professional with your boss and this company. If you accept this position and then take another job, you are required to give notification that you are doing so, you will forfeit all commissions from customers you have spoken to and then buy advertising from us.
You are required to live in the United States. Right now, we are only hiring people who live in the United States.
What You Will Receive
We will provide all marketing materials to you including business cards. You will NOT have to buy a sales kit or purchase anything to do this job. All that is required is that you show up and work every day or the days that you plan on working if you are part-time. We are willing to give anybody a shot that meets our requirements.
